If you are right at the beginning of your aesthetics career, one of my business programmes may be a better starting point.

The coaching is tailored around your business and the challenges you’re facing.

I’ve spent more than 12 years working within the medical aesthetics industry, alongside building and running businesses myself.

We can work on your team, systems, responsibilities and processes so that, over time, the business becomes less dependent on you personally.

That might mean building a stronger team, delegating more effectively, introducing better systems or gradually changing the role you play within the business.

We’ll meet privately every two weeks for focused 1:1 coaching sessions.

At the beginning, we’ll establish where the business is now, where you want to take it and the key numbers we need to track. From there, each session focuses on your current priorities, challenges and the actions needed to keep making progress.

You’ll also have email and WhatsApp support between sessions for questions, feedback and guidance when needed.

1:1 business coaching is £595 + VAT per month, paid monthly by Direct Debit.

Meaningful business change takes time, so I generally recommend working together for at least 6–12 months. However, there is no lengthy fixed-term contract. The aim is for you to continue because the coaching is delivering value and helping you make measurable progress.
